Executive Team

Charles R. Morrison has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board since April 2025. Prior to joining us, he served as a board member and then as Chief Executive Officer of Salad and Go, from April 2022 to December 2024. Before that, Charlie was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. (NASDAQ: WING) from June 2012 until March 2022. Prior to joining Wingstop, he was Chief Executive Officer of Rave Restaurant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: RAVE), a publicly traded pizza chain, from January 2007 until June 2012. Charlie has also held multiple senior leadership positions during his more than 20 years of restaurant experience, including serving as President of Steak & Ale and The Tavern Restaurants for Metromedia Restaurant Group, as well as various management positions at Kinko’s, Boston Market, and Pizza Hut. Charlie received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University.

Michele Allen has served as our Chief Financial Officer since December 2025. Prior to joining us, Michele served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: WH) from November 2019 to November 2025. Prior to that, she served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. from May 2018 to November 2019. From April 2015 to May 2018, Michele served as Executive Vice President for Wyndham Worldwide. From August 2006 until March 2015, she held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Wyndham Hotel Group, including Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller, and from 1999 until August 2006, she served in various roles at Wyndham Worldwide’s predecessor. She began her career as an independent auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Cedar Crest College.

Stacy Peterson has served as our President and Chief Operating Officer since September 2025. Prior to joining us, Stacy served as Chief Executive Officer of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, LLC from December 2022 until August 2025. From July 2022 until December 2022, Stacy served as Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue and Technology Officer of Wingstop. From May 2020 until July 2022, she served as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Technology Officer of Wingstop. From September 2013 to March 2020, Stacy held multiple senior roles across marketing, innovation, technology and operations at Wingstop, including Chief Information Officer, Chief Experience Officer and Chief Digital Information Officer. Stacy also serves on the board of directors of Tropical Smoothie Café. Stacy received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Florida Atlantic University.

Scott G. McLester has served as our General Counsel since November 2025. Prior to joining us, Scott served as General Counsel and Senior Legal Advisor at Orangetheory Fitness from September 2019 until February 2025. From July 2018 until September 2019, he served as a Partner at K&L Gates LLP. From 2006 until June 2018, Scott served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Wyndham Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: WYN). Scott was also a Vice President in the Legal Department at Merrill Lynch and a Partner with the law firm of Carpenter, Bennett & Morrissey (now McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney and Carpenter). Scott earned a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary.

Betsy J. Mercado has served as our Chief People Officer since September 2025. Prior to joining us, Betsy served as Chief People Officer at Flynn Group from January 2024 until September 2025. From March 2014 through January 2024, Betsy held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Flynn Group. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for The Palm Restaurants, where she led employee relations, talent management, and compensation and benefits. Betsy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Towson University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Johns Hopkins University.

Andrew G. Skehan has served as our President, International and Global Development Officer since February 2026 and served as President, International from November 2025 to February 2026. Prior to joining Jersey Mike’s, Andrew served as President and CEO of Home Franchise Concepts from September 2022 until July 2025. Before that, he served as President, U.S. & Canada at Krispy Kreme, Inc. (NASDAQ: DNUT) from November 2017 until September 2022. Prior to joining Krispy Kreme, Andrew held various leadership positions at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc., Wendy’s, Churchill Downs Incorporated, and PepsiCo Restaurants. Andrew served as an officer in the U.S. Navy. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Academy.
